පසුගිය වසර තුන තුළ ලංකා ඊ නිවුස්,(lankaenews.com),ලංකා නිවුස් වෙබ් ඩොට් ටුඩේ (lankanewsweb.today) ඇතුලු වෙබ් අඩවි ගණනාවක් තහනම් කිරීමට ලක් කළේ එම වෙබ් අඩවි හරහා ජාතිවාදය ඇවිස්සු නිසා ද යන්න වෙබ් මාධ්‍යවේදීන්ගේ ජාතික ව්‍යාපාරය නිවේදනයක් නිකුත් කරමින් ජනපතිගෙන් ප්‍රශ්ණ කර තිබේ.
සමාජ ජාලා සහ වෙබ් අඩවි අවහිර කිරිම සම්බන්ධයෙන් ජනාධිපතිවරයාව ජාත්‍යන්තරව පැසසුමට ලක්වු බව පවසමින් ජනපති මෛත්‍රී තැන තැන කරනා ප්‍රකාශයන් ජනාධිපතිවරයා සමීපයේ සිටිමින් වන්දිභට්ටකම් කරන පිරිසකේ ප්‍රකාශ බවත් එවන ජාත්‍යන්තර කිසියම් ප්‍රකාශයක් කර ඇත්නම් වහාම එය අනාවරණය කරන ලෙසට එම සංවිධානය ජනපතිට අභියෝගයක්ද කර තිබේ.

සමාජ ජාලා සහ වෙබ් අඩවි අවහිර කිරිම ගැන ජනාධිපතිවරයාව පැසසුවේ කවුද? වහාම රටට හෙළිකරනු!
මහනුවර ඇති වූ අවසනාවන්ත සිදුවීම පාලනය කර ගත නොහැකිව ආණ්ඩුව විසින් ෆේස්බුක් ඇතුළු සමාජ මාධ්‍ය ජාලා අවහිර කිරීම ඉතා අවශ්‍ය හා කාලෝචිත ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයක් බව ජනාධිපති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන ලන්ඩන් නුවරදි නැවතත් ස්වයං වර්නනාවක් කර ගෙන ඇති ආකාරය ජනාධිපති මාධ්‍ය අංශය නිවේදනය කර ඇත. එසේම මේ ආකාරයෙන්ම පසුගිය මාර්තු 28 වෙනිදාද කොළඹ පැවති උත්සවයකදි ජනාධිපතිවරයා පවසා සිටියේ එක්සත් ජාත්‍යන්තර සංවිධාන ඇතුළු බොහෝ පිරිසක් සමාජ මාධ්‍ය ජාලා අවහිර කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් තමන්ට පැසසුම් සිදු කළ බවයි. වෙබ් මාධ්‍යවේදීන්ගේ ජාතික ව්‍යාපාරය ලෙස අපි මුළ සිටම මෙලෙස සමාජ මාධ්‍ය ජාලා අවහිර කිරීම පිළිබඳව අපගේ විරෝධය පළ කර අතරම එමගින් අනාගතයේදි මාධ්‍ය නිදහස ඇතුළුව ජනතාවගේ තොරතුරු දැන ගැනීමේ අයිතියට විය හැකි බලපෑම සම්බන්ධයෙනුත් අවධානය යොමු කළෙමු.
ඒ අනුව ආණ්ඩුවේම වරප්‍රසාද ලබන කණ්ඩායම් යොදවා ගනිමින් ආණ්ඩුවේ නොහැකියාව වසා ගැනිම සදහා ජාතිවාදය ඇවිස්සීමට ඇතැම් පුද්ගලයන් කටයුතු කල බවට අනාවරණය වි තිබියදී සමාජ ජාලා සහ වෙබ් අඩවි හරහා එය සිදුවන බවට දිගින් දිගටම විවෘත ප්‍රකාශයන් කිරිම තුළින් ආණ්ඩුව උත්සහ දරන්නේ තම නොහැකියාව පිළිබිඹුවන කවර හෝ අවස්ථාවක සමාජ ජාලා සහ වෙබ් අඩවි තහනම් කිරිමට අවශ්‍ය මාර්ගය සකස් කිරිම නොවේනම් වෙන අන් කවරක්ද? යන සාධාරණ සැකය වඩාත් ත්‍රීව ලෙස අපට ඇති වෙමින් පවතී.
ජනාධිපති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන ඇතුළු මේ යහපාලනය ආණ්ඩුවෙන් මේ අවස්ථාවේදි අපි විමසා සිටින්නේ පසුගිය වසර තුන තුළ ලංකා ඊ නිවුස්,(lankaenews.com),ලංකා නිවුස් වෙබ් ඩොට් ටුඩේ (lankanewsweb.today) ඇතුලු වෙබ් අඩවි ගණනාවක් තහනම් කිරීමට ලක් කළේ එම වෙබ් අඩවි හරහා ජාතිවාදය ඇවිස්සු නිසා ද යන්නයි. එමෙන්ම ම අවහිර කිරිම සම්බන්ධයෙන් ජාත්‍යන්තර සංවිධාන හෝ ලංකාවේ හණමිටි අදහස් දරණ ආණ්ඩුවට සහය දෙන්නන් ආණ්ඩුව පැසසුමට ලක්කර තිබේද? යනුවෙන්ද අපි විමසා සිටිමට කැමැත්තෙමු.
ජනාධිපතිතුමනි, ඔබ සමීපයේ සිටිමින් ඔබට වන්දිභට්ටකම් කරන පිරිස ඔවුන්ගේ අසමත්කම් වසා ගැනීමට ඔබව නොමඟ යවමින් සිටින බව රටක ජනාධිපතිවරයෙක් වශයෙන් ඔබ කරන මෙවන් පදනම් විරහිත ප්‍රකාශයන් හරහා පැහැදිළි වන බව පැවසිය යුතුමය. එසේම මෙවන් අඳබාල වන්දිභට්ටයන් ඉතිහාසය පුරාවටම රට හා රාජ්‍ය පාලකයන් නොමග යැවිමට කටයුතු කල බවට සාක්ෂි අවශ්‍ය ප්‍රමාණයටත් වඩා අප සතු වේ.
මහනුවර ඇති වූ සිද්ධියට අදාළ ව ෆේස්බුක් වෙබ් අඩවිය තහනම් කිරීම ගැන බොහෝ විදේශීය ආයතනයන්ගෙන් ප්‍රසංශාව හිමි වූ බවට ජනාධිපතිවරයා විවිධ තැන්වල ප්‍රකාශයන් කිරිම හරහා තහවුරු කරමින් සිටින්නේ ආණ්ඩුවේ නොහැකියාව වසා ගැනිමට හදිසි ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක ආණ්ඩුවේ නිර්වචනය වන “ජාතිවාදී ගැටුමක්” නිර්මාණය කිරිම හරහා සමාජ ජාලා සහ වෙබ් අඩවි තහනම් කිරිමට පියවර ගැනිම නොවේද?
එම නිසා මේ අවස්ථාවේ අපි ජනාධිපති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා ප්‍රමුඛ සමස්ත ආණ්ඩුවටම අභියෝග කරමින් කියා සිටින්නේ සමාජ ජාල සහ වෙබ් අඩවි තහනම් කිරිම හෝ අවහිර කිරිම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මාධ්‍ය නිදහස අගයන ගෝත්‍රික නොවන ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදී රටවල් හෝ ජාත්‍යන්තර සංවිධාන සිය නිලමතය ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබේනම් සාක්ෂි සහිතව වහාම එය රටේ ජනතාවට දැන ගැනිම සදහා ප්‍රසිද්ධ කරන ලෙසයි.
එසේ නොමැතිව වන්දිභට්ටයන්ගේ රැවටිලිකාර අසත්‍ය තොරතුරු මත පදනම්ව විවිධ ප්‍රකාශයන් නිකුත් කිරිම රටක ජනාධිපතිවරයෙකුට කිසිසේත්ම උචිත නොවන බව වෙබ් මාධ්‍යවේදීන්ගේ ජාතික ව්‍යාපාරයේ මතය බවද තරයේ අවධාරණය කර සිටිමු.

What lies beneath, ban imposed to the News web sites and social media
President Sirisena who was in London to attend the commonwealth state leaders’ conference SL high commission in Britain arranged a meeting on the 17th April for the Sri Lankans residing in Britain. The statements made by Sri Lankan president and his recent movements is speculated questioned in many platforms.
President Sirisena addressing the smallest crowd ever in the history at the such meetings attended, He stated, that during the recent communal unrest in Kandy, more than the truth, rumors speeded, Further he said, ‘I ordered a state of emergency, army was deployed and social media was blocked and the government took immediate measures to bring the situation under control. Some of ambassadors had a problem with the decision we made and they exceeded their limits and criticized our actions, we were not afraid’
It is undisputed fact that being commander in chief President Sirisena failed to establish the law and order of the county for 7 days but mare banned social media. Further, even before heal the wounds of Muslim community president Sirisena participated few official meeting in Japan presence of Buddhist monk Galabodaatte Gnanasara. There he remarked that, government revenue had increased in the absence of social media. More ever 28th March President Sirisena cited UN too praised his move to ban social media. Nevertheless it is worth to note Presidents Sirisena’s act and statements are trust deficient and virtual threat to the right to freedom of opinion and expression.
We, National movements of web Journalists – Sri Lanka Not only voiced against ban on social media also disclosed the hidden agenda to impose restriction on web journalism. Last 3 years two popular news web sites banned under the direct instruction of President secretariat. Lanka e news, the most popular political page having two million viewers and Lanka news web today which reputed on investigative reporting was blocked. It is obvious these news web sites have nothing to do with communal unrest. Now it is crystal clear Kandy communal unrest is inside job and ban on social media is pre planned. Dear citizens and diplomats,this is what a better way to kill two birds with in one stone ?
Although President Sirisena, henchman and lickspittles trying to justify ban on Social media and blockage of news web sites is hoodwink. Obviously it is a part of their cheap survival game. It seems president Sirisena turning in to executioner of social media and political web pages . It is unequivocal fact that web journalism has always contributed immensely when whipping up opinion and still doing that. Henceforth we voice for the legitimate rights of the web journalism and social media. We hereby record our bitter opposition to the ban imposed on social media and news web sites also proposed restriction on media what so ever.
