The Rajapaksa junta is a mafia. While its domestic arm is represented by the political bud, its international arm is fully represented by a black mafia. It is headed by International Red Warrant Udayanga Weeratunga and Nissanka Senadhipa. Their main source of income is small arms trading and drug trafficking.
Their international hubs are based in Russia, Dubai in the gulf and Djibouti in Africa. Udayanga Weeratunga conducts his illegal arms smuggling from Russia and Nissanka Senadipathi from Djibouti. Their main criminal collaborators are arms smugglers and heroin smugglers, while their main clients are Islamic State terrorists and other terrorists operating in Ukraine and in the Middle East. The International Police has reported that the representatives of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who was killed recently, have regularly met Udayanga Weeratunga and Nissanka Senadhipathi in Dubai.
On January 8, 2015, when the Rajapaksas were defeated by the majority of Sri Lankan people, everyone’s assessment was that the Rajapaksas were a helpless political regime marginalized by international politics. But the reality was exposed five years after the Rajapaksas regime were removed from power. Rajapaksas are not the ones who are marginalized from international politics, but the ones who shaped the international politics.

I would like to explain why I say that.
International politics before the Rajapaksa ousted from power is very different from today. At the end of 2014, the world’s news agencies were filled with activities such as the hijacking of ships by Somali pirates, human trafficking through boats to Australia, the hybrid actions of Boko Haram terrorists in Nigeria and the fighting of separatist rebels in Ukraine, and attacks on airplanes. But with the Sri Lankan transfer of power on January 8, 2015, or the fall of the Rajapaksa family, all the terrorist and smuggling activities stated above, which made news in the world, suddenly stopped. In the last five years, international politics realized that there is a strong connection between the removal of Rajapaksas and the end of these acts of terrorism.
Extortion from Somali pirates and shipping companies
The family company of the Rajapaksa’s had various types of professionals, experts and contacts. One of the main one is Udayanga Weeratunga, the former Sri Lankan ambassador to Russia, who is a cousin brother of Mahinda Rajapaksa’s mother’s side. Udayanga Weeratunga spent his youth in Ukraine. He is also married to a Ukrainian woman. Udayanga Weeratunga is the main link in the management of Rajapaksa’s international relations. He is also a red-warrant international terrorist and a smuggler. These days most of his time is spent in Dubai, Syria and the Middle East region. Due to his large investments, Dubai has allowed him to live there and Dubai is an investment-friendly country at any level.
Prior to 2014, Sri Lanka’s Avantgard Company was a powerful company that operated under a special permission from the Sri Lanka Ministry of Defense. The main task of Avantgard is to provide security to international ship owners and rescue ships from Somali pirates. For this, the shipping companies gave a lot of money to the Avangard company.Despite this, the ships that did not receive the protection of the Avantgard were hijacked by the Somali pirates. For this, the American and British intelligence services informed the Sri Lankan government and the International Maritime Organization that the weapons and the ciphers of the weapons and bullets that were in the possession of the Somali rebels belonged to the Sri Lankan government. It has been revealed today that the Sri Lankan government or a group within the government actually fed the Somali pirates while protecting the ships. Also, not a single ship hijacking has been reported since the Rajapaksas left power. Accordingly, we can conclude that the scheme of Somali pirates and demanding extortion from shipping companies to rescue them is a project of the Rajapakses alone.
Human trafficking to Australia and Nigerian Boko Haram
Also, people smuggling to Australia by sea was a huge problem for the Australian government at that time. Not a single human smuggling boat has been reported to have gone to Australia since the Rajapaksas left power. It also means that human trafficking in Sri Lanka was done with the knowledge of the Rajapaksa regime and the military junta.
Also, the Boko Haram terrorists in Nigeria have stopped their violent acts since January 2015. Boko Haram is one of the most brutal terrorist groups in the world. Their most famous act of terrorism is the kidnapping of 200 schoolgirls and the rape of them for a whole year. When the girls were released a year later, the vast majority were pregnant and another group had been killed. They were also suffering from mental illnesses such as stress and depression. The international intelligence services had reported to the United Nations that the weapons supplied to the Boko Haram terrorists belonged to the LTTE organization and the Sri Lankan forces.
Scholars studying international terrorism have also pointed out that the Rajapaksa junta started diplomatic relations with strategically unimportant African states and appointed a Rajapaksa ally Liyanage as their ambassador and nurtured the Boko Haram terrorists. Although there is much more information revealed that the government of Sri Lanka ruled by the Rajapaksas and their junta were involved in the world’s worst terrorist activities and human trafficking as well as drug trafficking. It can be easily understood by the absence of the above-stated terrorist activities and smuggling in world politics after the Rajapaksas left power. The Sri Lankan intelligence have also reported to the court that the Avangard and the Rajapaksa regime ran a large international terrorist program and it was completely coordinated by Udayanga Weeratunga, a maternal cousin of the Rajapaksa and an international terrorist who has received a red warrant.
The Easter Sunday attack was a conspiracy
Finally, considering these facts, it is clear that the Easter Sunday attack on April 21 2019 was not an isolated incident because those extremists including Saharan were nurtured and built with the support
of the Sri Lankan State Defense Fund.
Also, Saharan has been a salary recipient of Gotabaya in Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Defense from 2010 to 2014. Also, the Easter Sunday attack was coordinated from the Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo. All the security chiefs of the Shangri-La Hotel are top officials of Gotabaya’s election campaign. Also, for this attack, the group including Saharan used explosives called (TATP) tri-cyclic acetone peroxide used by ISIS. Meantime the detonators found in Pettah, Colombo were used by terrorists in Syria. Also, according to the information that has been revealed, it is Udayanga Weeratunga who has coordinated the international relations of Saharan and the group. And another main suspicious situation is that these special explosives are made of Hydrogen Peroxide and this chemical should be stored in the freezer. Here we must forget that Avangard is the main supplier of Hydrogen Peroxide in Sri Lanka.
Also, the fact that Hizbullah, who had publicly dealt with Saharan,came to support the co-election of Gotabhaya in 2019 further proves this.
Gotabaya announced his presidential candidacy less than 24 hours after the Easter attack in 2019. The main thing that appears when considering these facts is that there is a close connection between the Easter attack and the killing of hundreds of Catholic devotees and Gotabhaya’s presidential candidacy. The Rajapaksa camp has the necessary connections, well-trained teams and enough money to launch such a destruction. Therefore defeating this international terrorista is the absolute responsibility for the citizens of this country at this time.
